Creatine - It seems to work!
I train now for over 17 years, more or less constant. I have pretty much all of products you can buy in the store and can help with a mass build-tried. When I'm about 10 years ago first came into contact with creatine, I was very skeptical about the, I thought that it is sometimes only one of many "magic" you can buy again. Of course, I then tried it also and was disappointed by the action, as I had hoped for a good weight gain.
The Creatinkur time was as follows:
My body weight was 172 cm in height was then 78 kg
1 Week: 4 x 5 mg Creatine
2 weeks 2 x 5 mg Creatine
3-6 Week 1 x 5 mg creatine
This dosage, I got so much of that time as one of the older gym members as a tip.
The result for me was not properly evaluated, since I missed it comparable to the experience added. I can only say a purely subjective that I felt through the creatine to be grown stronger and that you should feel a better pump in the muscles, I can not really deny that, but is not been the way I had hoped.
Now I stood before the great mystery whether the motor and the pump is going through the creatine or whether it is more a psychological effect, as I was by the stories of others who had already tried, was very motivated and therefore naturally had trained a little harder.
I then decided for me that creatine is not for me, and all soon forgotten and me on the basis of hard exercising and protein and carbohydrate concentrated purely dig into me.
Five years ago I was good at 82 kg and had hardly noticed that I not only muscle mass but also (or even 2 J) Kg had set fat. I must admit I have the training in recent years been somewhat neglected, but I always stayed here and was able to keep my 78 kg more or less. Now I've been about 3 months in a new job where I move a lot and that a Amount of hours bar. Thus, in the first 2 months of training has been eliminated completely and went down my body weight to 72 kg. Earlier would be a disaster for me was. But the effect is that I now have the form I have always aspired to, and almost fat-free mass have is madness.
I'm happy but if I can feel my butt in the pants and that is why it is now for 2 weeks training and waxing (but if it goes, fat free). In order to come back on the creatine I'm surfing the net on a few items have become aware that deal with the topic of creatine and behold I found a few important details that I in my last two Creatinkuren had not considered.
The dosage for my body weight was too high and also the information that you should take creatine with plenty of fluids and take a lot of fast carbohydrates such as maltodextrin to should then be passed on to me.
My Creatinkur now looks to instructions 2 weeks, as follows:
1 week 2 x 5 mg Creatine
2-6 Week 1 x 2 mg creatine

Now comes the hammer, I have in the past few weeks the effect of extreme pumps and strength gains, and almost 2.5 kg mass risen. Emotionally, however, is a big part of the intake of creatine due, because I know my body very well now and not had such training progress to this extent.
My conclusion at the moment is that creatine appears to be dosed very carefully and that a constant in the taking must be for it to work properly.

Yesterday was the training is relatively easy and I could pack a lot of weight on it (on the bar). Whether this comes from the creatine or just a regular training success is all I can say that now. Anyway, I've calculated that I can do with a 500 g can creatine after my new rule taking almost 3 treatments. This means that it is very timely, since I had to buy for my old calculation almost 1.5 doses creatine to take the waters "and that was not exactly cheap. I certainly hope that continued success of the training by taking the creatine will continue to improve on it and I still can pack a lot of weight.
